Very good article
I was following this routine from 2.5 months and notice significant development in my physical and mental health. Here is how:
Soaked dry fruits after 1 hour exercise, yoga & meditation sessions at 7am.
1. 4 to 5 almonds
2. 1 walnut
3. 4 pistachios
4. 5 soaked raisins
5. 3 Cashews
6. 1 Anjeer(figs)
Soaked over night important to avoid indigestion.
Flax seed powder before meal for mental health due to high omega 3 fatty acids and to avoid excessive eating in lunch (weight management) due its high fiber.
Mixed grain Sattu with 1 glass boiled milk can give constant energy and focused during study session . Pumpkin seed powder is also very important for brain cognitive function. By following this diet I’m notice a significant change in my mental and physical health.
